Product introduction
The papain is reaped from the carica papaya fruit. It's a pure natural, healthy, safe and high-effective enzyme preparation after bio-technology's extract, microfiltration, ultrafiltration and freeze-drying. This product is a proteinase compound includes papain, rennase and peptidase. It has strong catalyzed activity of the protein hydrolysis, curd and lysis activity. It also owns the lipolysis and protein synthesis ability. The function is mainly catalyzing the hydrolysis of protein, there are many cutting point, prior to decompose the peptide link of arginine and PHE. This product is compose by 212 amino acids, the molecular weight is 21000, belong to a peptide chain incision enzyme that include -SH. Due to papain's high activity and heat stability, it can widely apply to food, pharmaceutical, daily-chemical, feed, leather and textile industry etc.
