Glycyrrhizin is a natural whitening agent isolated from licorice flavonoids. The licorice flavonoids are extracted from the roots of certain varieties of licorice plants. They are all natural and non-polluting, and have no side effects on the human body.

 

Glycyrrhiza glabra has strong antibacterial activity, prevents inflammation caused by ultraviolet rays, pigmentation and rough skin. It can remove superoxide ions and inhibit hemolysis caused by hydrogen peroxide. It can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase and can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase. It inhibits dopachrome transmutation and DHICA oxidase activity and is a fast, efficient and green cosmetic additive for whitening and freckle.
