Rhododendrol is a white powder with the chemical name 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanol. The molecule of rhodamine contains one alcoholic hydroxyl group and hydroxyl group, and tyrosinase activity inhibitory substance (mostly Has a structure) similar in structure, Japanese chemists found that sterols have the effect of inhibiting melanin synthesis, and then used as a cosmetic whitening ingredient.
