Used as a coenzyme medicine. Myosides are the components of ATP, coenzyme A, ribonucleic acid and deoxyribonucleic acid in the body and participate in the material and energy metabolism of the body. It improves the body's ATP level, converts to a variety of nucleotides, and participates in protein synthesis. Inosine on cell membrane has good permeability, can directly into the cell, into nucleotides, further to become involved in metabolism, ATP has promote liver cells, prevent fatty liver function, and can improve the activity of enzymes, to stimulate the body to produce antibodies. When liver function is abnormal due to acute, chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis, myoside can be used as an auxiliary hepatoprotective agent or as a rescue for hepatic coma.
