Clindamycin Phosphate is a semi synthetic derivatives of clindamycin,has no antibacterial activity in vitro, enter the body quickly hydrolyzed to clindamycin and to show its pharmacological activity,the antibacterial spectrum of antibacterial activity,and the therapeutic effect of clindamycin and the same,but its lipid solubility and permeability of Pickering mycin,oral or intramuscular injection and intravenous drip. 
Application

Compared with clindamycin,the antibacterial effect of clindamycin is 4~8 times stronger than that of clindamycin. 

Clindamycin Phosphate has good absorption,high bone concentration and good effect on anaerobes infection. 

Clindamycin Phosphate has strong antibacterial activity against gram positive cocci and anaerobic bacteria,including gram positive cocci,Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Streptococcus.
